I'm just so darn tired. Part of it is that I need my own kid free downtime, and when I should be asleep I'm vegging out on the internet or TV... Just to get some me time.

Part might be that I recently stopped Prozac after 3 years (low dose, only 20 mg)

Parts that we do a boatload of activities.

I just feel like I need a break, but that damn, after that break, I will have to go back to the grind!

I am pretty happy, not depressed, I am just worn out.

Anyone else?

Yup between the lack of sunlight the activities with the kids, and now the holidays fast approaching it can make one exhausted just thinking about it.

If you can make sure you are taking some Vitamin D supplements, about 1000 mg a day, getting some sunshine on you when it's out, even it it's cold. Also take some time for you at least once a week, even if it's just for a little while. This will help keep you sane. Make sure you are getting a solid 8 hours of sleep a few times a week as well.

(((and strength))))

Oh yeah. I work rotating shifts and go from over-nights to doubles to first, second shift.

Then come home and can't sleep because I find something that needs doing.

Daughter comes home, I put off bed because I feel bad for having not slept when I should have, repeat for husband...before I know it I go 2-3 days with 2-4 hours of sleep.

Then there's cleaning, oh and the pets, wait Thanksgiving, baking, cooking, cleaning....even with help it's never-ending

I need a beach....

Yes!!! I've been working my usual full time job then coming home and doing all the stuff for my upcoming show. Before I know it, it's 1:30 a.m., I go to sleep and the alarm wakes me at 6 a.m. It's been like having a whole other full-time job. I'm whacked. Oh well, just one more month to go, thank God.
