My husband had an affair with someone at work. He is now starting a new job. I am really excited for him to be away from the last place. I was just wondering if I could get some ideas for boundaries and rules with the new environment. I want to tell him he can't talk to anyone, but his male boss, but I know that is not reasonable. ha ha Thanks.

Have the two of you read "Not Just Friends?" That would be a good place to start. For me, my rules are group lunches alone, no "alone" lunches with female co-workers.

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.
