Those that are in IC, what type of provider do you use?

Licensed professional counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist....

I am unsure who to contact for IC for myself

Thanks!

I use an LMHC, and she's great. According to wiki:

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC; LPC or LCMHC in some states) Masters in Counseling and/or Psychology, plus supervised experience.

For IC I use someone with a Masters degree in Counselling who is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor. An RCC is like a P.Eng for counsellors in British Columbia.

For MC we're using someone with a Masters in Social Work, an RCC and a CCC (Canadian Clinical Counsellor).
