"One little thing."
If I can do one little thing for myself, my family and/or my spouse, no matter how small, I have accomplished much.
Just call me Heart. :)

Positive self talk is helping me thrive not just survive.
"Everyday I make the choice to..."
"I am important"
Am hoping to reconcile!! Am I crazy or what?

My self talk is correlated with my religious faith.
Here is what I tell myself when my feelings start to overpower me (I think it is a universal sentiment that rings true no matter what your religious background may be):
Right now I am suffering....
Suffering leads to perseverance....
Perseverance leads to character......
Character leads to Hope & Faith.
The suffering I'm going through now teaches me to endure, which in turn makes me a better person, which inherently strengthens my faith in God, and that the future he has in store for me will eclipse anything that I am going through now.
