No Teslet this weekend. So I'm having dinner with a friend. Then skype chatting with some relatives.
Tomorrow is spring cleaning the garage and getting stuff ready for an ex-husband garage sale. Got yardwork on the to-do list....a couple of runs...and I think I'll watch a movie.

Kids actually went with their dad!
I was suppose to work tomorrow, but my parents had a house fire last night...sounds VERY minor, thankfully they found it early and were able to put it out before the fire department showed...but I want to go up and check on them tomorrow anyway.
I will work Sunday, the kids will be home about 2, I'm not off until 4:30. My parents are coming down to take my son for a final driving practice before his test on Monday. Then I will lose my vehicle, but I won't have to drive him to every sport practice!
The kids are going to bbq steaks (DS) and cook baked potatoes (DD) for my mothers day dinner when I get home.
Right now I"m going to clean a bit, put on some warm clothes (where the heck did the sun go??) and pour a drink. Perfect, for today.

Going with my friend for lunch and to see Gatsby on Saturday. It's not my week-end with the boys, but the divorce decree says mom get's mother's day...so I am happy that I will have them Sunday. Thinking of taking them on a hike, but we are having a heat wave this week-end.
I also still have some gift cards that I got for my birthday a few weeks ago...so I may do a little shopping.

Beer, pizza, and the couch tonight.
Tomorrow depends on the weather. I was going to take a ride to the mountains for some hiking & buying flowers. If the rain all day happens that the weather folks keep reporting, I'll probably just bake something and clean.
Sunday, checking papers before going to my sister's for Mother's Day. At some point this weekend I need to buy enough wine to see me through Sunday at my sister's place.

Tonight -- relaxing, hydrating, and keeping off of my feet as much as possible.
Saturday -- ultramarathon, then lots of eating and beer.
Sunday -- sleeping in, seeing my mom for a bit, and volunteering at the nature center for a few hours.
This is another weekend that is going to fly by and it will be Monday morning before I know it!

I think my brother's girlfriend is having a surprise birthday party for him tomorrow because she asked me to get him out of the house for the day with a flimsy reason. Looks like I get to spend all day tomorrow with my awesome brother. :) Saturday is all about spending time with my mom and grandmothers.

I think I will load up my car, grab some beer, and head to Indiana then!
Enjoying a quiet night at home tonight and being entertained by goofy photos of my SO who is out bowling, etc with her friends. She loves being a goofball just like I do. Takes no effort on my part.
Attending my daughter's college graduation tomorrow morning. Seems like just the other day it was her first birthday and I was carrying her on the golf course for exercise.
Golf in the afternoon with my son.
SO is coming over tomorrow night where we will go out with my best bud in town and his girlfriend. He also endured a marriage ending affair his wife had.
SO will get the Mother's day flowers I sent her tomorrow, and I am sure she will love them ad come down feeling very horneeee! ;lol
Walk my dogs Sunday morning, go to Church, take my dogs to the assisted living home, and then head up to help my SO with her out of control yard.
Plan to take my dogs hiking at a wonderful park next to her house.
Severely doubt I will ever run in an ultramarathon. I have done three half ironman triathlons many moons ago when I weighed 40 pounds less.
PHMH, That is incredibly impressive!

Date tonight-he should be here any time.
Tomorrow, maybe I'll get out my summer clothes.
Sunday, do something with mom, and then take the dogs for a nice long walk.
Just a relaxing weekend for me.

I have a packed day tomorrow, breakfast at my church, choir practice and then out to visit a friend who has cancer.
On Sunday (even though it is his weekend), I will have the kids all day. My son in particular seems bent on taking care of his Mommy for Mother's day. He's only 8, so it is so cute. In the afternoon, I will have dinner with my parents--my Mom has been ill lately so any time we have with her is special.

Cleaned out my car tonight and played Legos with my little man.
Tomorrow my SO and I introduce our children for the first time! Going to an indoor splash park and then a baseball game/cookout tomorrow night.
Mother's Day will be church with my son and then his dad picks him up to go out of town for the day. I'll be cleaning house. NOT exciting!

Just saw The Great Gatsby! There's a lot about the film that I didn't care for (I teach the novel; what can I say-- I'm a purist), but DiCaprio was spot on. I feel that Redford always played him too stiffly, but DiCaprio had just the right touches of genuine, heartfelt feeling; menace; and charm. Lurhmann does have some fun with it, so it was also visually arresting, even if I kept thinking, "THAT didn't happen!"
Tomorrow: festival with my friend, her DD, and DD's friend. Somehow, I also got roped into helping move her DD's college belongings, but that's okay since my friend would do the same for me. Then, probably some work in the evening.
Sunday: sleeping in, going out for coffee, and then my kiddies are returning to me early for Mother's Day! We'll spend the day together, and then we'll have our annual Mother's Day dinner with my family.

Last night my dd's preschool had a drop off pajama/pizza party because her class raised the most money. So I dropped dd off there and ds stayed at home with STBX. I went over to friends house, ordered in thai and drank wine outside by the fire.
I have the kids today and dd wants to go to a trampoline park. So we will probably do that when ds gets up from his nap.
Sunday, dd and I will be joining a bunch of other families at a hotel pool. We rented cabanas for the day, so we will be eating, drinking, lounging and swimming. STBX is taking ds for the day since it's too hard to bring him to things like that. Looking forward to it.

Since XH had surgery Friday morning, I've got the kids again this weekend. Works out well for me since I'm planning to visit my mom on Sunday.
Friday - The kids and I watched "Honey, I shrunk the kids."
Saturday - We picked up flowers that my mom, my aunt, and I ordered from my condo association. We delivered my aunt her flowers and visited for a bit. It was nice. Then, we went shopping at Kohl's and picked out some things for my mom. Still have to get a couple of cards. SO will be home in a bit. We're going to Saturday mass tonight. Not sure what else will happen. Probably a game/movie night.
Sunday - Only thing I have planned is going to my parents' house after lunch. I told DS6 he should make me breakfast. His reply, "okay!" My brother will be at my parents' house with his family. It will be nice to hang out.
