The 45 year old WXH that I've been raising for the past 26 years is finally moving his business out of my garage.

We've been D for almost 2 years.

I'm moving him from the column of "people that I know" to the column of "people that I used to know".

It's good to have closure, but it's bittersweet. It's the last piece of the partnership that was part of our marriage.

Yay, now you have room for a Jag!

I know how you feel. Mine finally got his own credit cards. He's 50 years old.

Uh, sorry FF-

I'm a farmgirl at heart - I now have room for my farm tractor and my family's boats for winter storage.

Hopefully, I can score some cash from them in the way of storage fees.

sounds like progress to me

But that's just a lot of water

It is progress, but I find it incredibly disrespectful that he has new new girlfriend helping him move.

They are at MY HOUSE and I'm not there.

Please tell me once again what I saw in this a$$hole? What took me so long to see the light?

What a user. He used me for 2 years after the D, now he's using his new GF. I almost feel sorry for her (not).

Thanks, optimist.

This is not just any garage. It is a 10 stall, with high bays, 220 electric, heating system, an attic, and shop air.

The piece of karma in this (and the reason that he was so reluctant to move) is that his new place of business is a 60+ year old barn that has no water, phone, heat, insulation, and it's incredibly damp. Dampness is not a good thing when you have metal, tools, and metal working equipment. It is truly an old fashioned barn.

Just one more consequence of his actions.

This is taking forever!! He should be out by the weekend.

To add to the creepiness, last night at 10:00, I had 3 men at my house to drop off a vehicle that needed WXH to work on it!!

Scared the bejesus out of me.

This has been a long time coming, and can't get done soon enough...
