I had a "funny" thing removed from my leg, my doctor said he thought it was basal skin carcinoma.

No one seemed worried, and nor was I (still not)I got a recall to the hospital, and today the doctor said I have got this "Bowens Disease" Never have heard of it, I have got chemotherapy cream ( never have heard of that either) which will burn the little monkey away. Life is full of surprises

I was treated for Bowens when I was pregnant with DD (now 14). Small lesion removed, no recurrence.

You'll be fine.

Glad that it was caught. Apply the cream and you should be fine.

That's good news Jean. They caught it and they're treating it, so it won't spread. Good for you for getting the 'funny thing' checked out.

Sending you a very large vodka and lemonade and tons of hugs.
